Accustic Arts is a German electronics maker based in Lauffen am Neckar in Baden-Württemberg. The brand was launched in 1997 by Fritz Schunk, growing out of a family company that had worked in professional audio and recording, and the name is said to come from the phrase "correct sound art". In 2016 the company was sold to Hans-Joachim Voss. Accustic Arts makes CD transports, DACs, preamplifiers, power amplifiers and integrated amplifiers, many of them using a combination of valve and solid-state circuitry, and its components are known for heavy, precisely machined construction with brushed-metal fascias. Its top-loading CD transports and tube DACs have been especially well known. The company also runs its own recording label for audiophile releases. Accustic Arts products are designed and built in Germany, and they are often described as detailed, dynamic and musical, with the solidity typical of German high-end engineering. Its products are widely exported, especially in Asia.
